At the request of Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, the inspector general confirmed that his office had found four cases of ?unauthorized access or disclosure of tax records of political donors or candidates? by federal employees. One of those breaches was described as ?willful,? and referred to the Department of Justice. There was, of course, no prosecution.

If you appear to be violating federal law in a way that would benefit President Obama politically, don?t worry. Eric Holder?s Justice Department will look the other way. Whether you are a member of the New Black Panther Party intimidating voters at a polling place, a ?green energy? company killing protected species with wind turbines or an IRS employee harassing Tea Party groups or accessing private tax information, you?re good. Holder?s got your back.
