Holidays can be a busy time. It?s a time of celebration, get-togethers with friends and family, gift giving, feasting, and perhaps, traveling. Along with the celebration and joy, comes a lot of stress. Stress of time management, stress of getting work done, stress of family, stress of expectations, stress of staying healthy. It?s interesting how these 2 months out of the year often create more stress than the other 10. While stress is a normal part of life, it?s often difficult to manage and easy to get engulfed with. Being mindful is all about being aware of the present moment without judgment?but staying present can be a challenge when there is so much to do and think about during the holidays!

Come on over to O3 Health and Fitness, Wednesday, Nov 14 at 7PM, to learn more about being mindful through the holiday season. Get a glimpse of what mindfulness is and its? affect on our brains and bodies. Learn how it can help us cope with stress?physically and mentally. Practice some basic techniques that you can access any time to help reduce stress, be more present, and promote overall wellness, not only during the holidays, but in everyday life.
