Google has released yet another application into the iOS App Store; this one is called Google Coordinate. It?s free; however, it requires that you have a Google Coordinate license for the app to actually work. Google does offer a free trial for the service so you can see if it's right for you.
Google Coordinate is a way for an employer to make their workforce more efficient at what they do. With it, the employer can assign jobs to certain workers based on their location, and the employee can alert everyone else when they arrive and when the job is done.
With Google Coordinate, the employee will be alerted of any assigned jobs and will be able to accept or decline them depending on the employee?s availability. There are also buttons for finding directions to the job, and for calling the person for whom the job needs to be done:
Since the application shares your location in real time with other employees, and your employer, your work team will be able to find you if you get to the location before anyone else in the event where the job may require more than one employee.
