19 June 2012 | news Newsdesk From June 17-23 the Foreign Policy Committee of the Danish Parliament is visiting China. The members of the Committee will meet with a number of important institutions and organizations in both Beijing and the Western Province Qinghai to discuss China?s environmental, social, economic and political challenges, foreign policy and growing role on the international stage. On Monday the Foreign Policy Committee among met with Vice Minister Zhu Weiqun of the United Front Work Department, Vice Minister of the International Department of CPC Liu Jieyi, Member of the Ministerial Leadership in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Xie Hangsheng and Vice Chairman of Foreign Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress, Ma Wenpu. The Committee also had a meeting with the Vice Chairman of the National People?s Congress, Ismail Tiliwaldi. ? From Tuesday till Thursday the delegation will be visiting Xining and Yushu in Qinghai Province before heading back to Beijing Friday. The stay in Qinghai will include meetings with provincial Party Secretary Qiang Wei, Qinghai Development and Reform Commission, the Ethnic Affairs Commission, Yushu Tibetan Prefecture People?s Congress and visits to local villages in Yushu.
